This is a new derby cover but has some very small marks on it from sitting on the shelf. Can't even see them in pics. Have to look real close to see in person. CNC machined 6061 t-6 billet aluminum. Mirror polished, then black anodized and laser engraved logo. 3 hole fits 70-98 BIG TWIN models. No returns or exhanges on blem parts.
